About Robyn

Robyn is a highly respected mediator with extensive experience resolving high-value disputes in civil rights, employment discrimination, wage and hour, and insurance matters. 


Previously, Robyn served as the Alternative Dispute Resolution Administrator for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York (EDNY), where she mediated a broad range of civil disputes.  She also developed and led innovative mediation programs, including a Trial Ready Rapid Mediation Pilot to address pandemic-related trial delays and a Mediator Incubator to recruit and mentor junior attorneys in mediation practice.


Robyn has developed a deep well of knowledge in online mediation, having both mediated numerous disputes remotely and training other mediators in best practices for conducting effective, technology-driven dispute resolution.
